Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new coworking space partners and maintain strong business relationships with existing ones.
Generate leads and reach out to potential clients seeking coworking, virtual office, or meeting space solutions.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable workspace options based on their needs and budgets.
Coordinate with partner spaces to schedule site visits, finalize deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and conversions in CRM tools or internal reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns to attract potential clients.

Represent Coconnect Space professionally during client meetings, events, and partner interactions.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
13 years of experience in business development, coworking sales, or real estate (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software tools.
