Community Specialist

Help build an online environment on Quikr based on trust & credibility amongst community of users by being part of the critical Trust & Safety / Community Development team

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities
Understand and adhere to process and filter inappropriate Ads online as per policies
Communicate proactively when required to users
Collate feedback from community and action next steps
Create weekly reports
Cross functional interaction with Product and Marketing to ensure execution of key tasks
New Seller training and support as required

Requirements
Graduate from a good University with decent academic track record
Ideally with 0-2 years work experience in a customer-oriented BPO / Online experience
Enthusiasm for internet, e-commerce, and online community important
Excellent eye for detail
Good analytical skills and a good sense of judgement
MS-Excel, MS-Word, Email and MS-PowerPoint skills are crucial
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills - verbal and written
Should be a team player who can work with people of all levels
Ability to prioritise work and ensure efficient time management
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Needs to be a self-starter:high energy, self-motivated
Energised by unstructured, start-up environment
Fluent in English, Hindi (Proficiency in additional Indian language will have a preference)

Senior Technical Architect

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities
Ownership of entire web development of Quikr.com
Plan & build stable and scalable features/extensions to Quikr
Lead the entire software development team
Innovate on exploiting new technologies to help the Quikr community

Requirements
BE (or above) in Comp Science
Minimum 8 years of experience of which at least 2 years in architecting scalable web solutions
Understanding of various project management & development methodologies
Strong hands-on experience with web technologies, web standards & protocols with an emphasis on the LAMP
    technology stack
Self learner and passionate about Open Source
