About the Role
We are hiring energetic and target-driven Business Sales Executives who will pitch and promote lending loan products for one of the top UPI platforms in India. The role focuses on onboarding merchants, educating them on loan benefits, and driving loan adoption across key South Indian states.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Merchant Acquisition
Pitch and explain lending loan products (working capital loans, merchant loans, UPI credit, etc.) to merchants.
Visit merchant locations daily and generate leads from the field.
Onboard eligible merchants and assist them with documentation and KYC.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly loan sales targets.
2. Regional Market Coverage
Cover assigned areas in AP, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala as per requirements.
Identify high-potential merchant clusters to maximize loan conversions.
Participate in field activities, merchant camps, and awareness drives.
3. Relationship & Follow-ups
Maintain strong relationships with merchants to encourage repeat loan usage.
Follow up on pending documents, loan approval status, and disbursement updates.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
4. Reporting
Provide daily sales reports, lead updates, and funnel progress to the team lead.
Maintain MIS for merchant interactions and loan applications.
Skills & Requirements
03 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, telecom, fintech, microfinance, or merchant onboarding preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling across assigned locations.
Basic understanding of UPI payments / fintech / loans is a plus.
Smartphone and two-wheeler preferred.
Education
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate from any stream.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: 12,000 18,000 per month
