Key Responsibilities:
1. Primary Point of Contact: Act as the single-window communication link for assigned corporate clients.
2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with clients. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and gather feedback for service improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:
