Objective: To serve as the primary engine for our database growth by identifying niche businesses and creators across Instagram and extracting actionable contact data.
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Office-based in Rourkela).
Probation/Trial: 3-Month Trial (4,000 7,000) followed by 6-month probation.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Niche Discovery: Proactively find Instagram profiles, business pages, and niche influencers based on specific weekly targets (e.g., Find 100 organic skincare brands).
Contact Extraction (Critical): Identify and log Mobile Numbers and City Locations. Note: Emails are secondary; phone numbers are mandatory.
Pricing Intelligence: Reach out or research to find the standard service/collaboration costs for each lead.
Data Integrity: Maintain a clean, organized, and error-free Google Sheet database.
Mandatory Requirements:
Screen Time: Must show a consistent 67+ hours of daily Instagram usage.
Digital Fluency: Must know how to navigate hidden info (checking Linktrees, website footers, and Call buttons on the IG mobile app).
Tech Skills: High proficiency in Google Sheets (filters, sorting, data validation).
