Roles and Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to ensure the on-time delivery of consignments within the stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT) and provide exceptional customer support.
Key duties include:
Logistics Coordination & Follow-up: Proactively follow up with internal counterparts and destination branch offices via outbound calls to ensure the timely movement and delivery of shipments.
Coordinate with branches to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Ensure the daily clearing of pending shipments to maintain operational efficiency.
Customer Service & Communication: Efficiently resolve a wide range of customer queries related to tracking, delivery status, and service.
Draft professional emails to customers, providing updates, solutions, and sharing appropriate feedback.
Address and escalate complex issues according to the established escalation matrix.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and share comprehensive day-to-day activity reports with the management.
Maintain accurate records and utilize company systems effectively.
Handle other official duties and tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
System Proficiency: Must possess strong working knowledge of computer systems and relevant software applications.
Technical Skills: Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, for tracking and reporting purposes.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills for clear and effective tele-calling
Ability to draft professional and grammatically correct client emails and understand email correspondence.
Language Skills (Mandatory): Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
