Oneonta Job Corps Academy is a residential vocational training program serving young adults ages 16-24. Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to students in accordance with established protocols.
Perform health assessments, administer medications, and maintain accurate health records.
Respond to medical concerns and emergencies promptly and appropriately.
Educate students on health, wellness, and preventative care practices.
Collaborate with other staff to support the overall well-being of the student population.
Need a full time/half time lady care taker on URGENT basis for senior citizens like diaper changing, clothes changing, need to give medicine on time etc.

1. Be responsible for the assigned families within the purview of the job. Manage end to end responsibility of handling requests of customers assigned.
2. Responsible for seamless Member onboarding including App Installation and demo. Also familiarize customer on triggering Emergency .
3. Visit families as per the monthly schedule or whenever requested by the family to help with errands like grocery, medicine, bank related work , visit to religious places etc.
4. Ensure that the requests by the customer is fulfilled. (Requests within scope of work).
5. Accompany elders for doctor visit.
7. Coordinate third party services with central office and ensure timely services to customer.
8. Emergency handling as per Protocol.
9. Ensure beneficiaries are comfortable in their space.
10. Responsible for 100% retention of customer excepting unavoidable situations.
11. Ensure timely updates to the company and the customers on the status of the work.
14. Set reminders for customers follow-up on the calendar.
18. Keep reporting manager posted about the families on regular basis. Any suspicion should be got to the notice of Reporting
Manager and Central office.
