Were looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Corporate Food Business team. In this role, youll be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, promoting our food services or products, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships. Whether its corporate catering, meal plans, pantry supplies, or event food services youll be the face of our brand to businesses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients (offices, co-working spaces, event planners, MNCs, etc.).
Develop a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and corporate outreach.
Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase food solutions tailored to client needs.
Develop customized proposals and quotations for potential clients.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing corporate customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
Ensure seamless service delivery by coordinating with the operations, kitchen, and logistics teams.
Handle customer feedback and ensure high client satisfaction.
3. Sales Strategy & Targets
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Develop and implement territory-specific or segment-specific sales strategies.
Monitor competitors activities, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Recommend new products, service enhancements, or pricing strategies to management.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, and delivery) to execute orders smoothly.
Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and deals using CRM tools.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
25 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales preferably in food services, catering, or hospitality.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Existing corporate contacts or networks in HR/Admin departments (preferred).
A valid driving license (if field visits are required).
