1 Front Desk Management
Manage patient appointments schedule, reschedule, and send reminder calls
Handle treatment inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person conversations
Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
Guide patients through procedures and treatment options confidently
2 Patient Administration
Maintain and update patient records on the system
Manage patient payments, invoicing, and cash collections
Keep track of pending dues and follow up with patients
3 Inventory & Operations
Monitor clinic product stocks and ensure availability
Record office expenses and coordinate necessary payments
Handle courier dispatches, mail receipts, and vendor coordination
Oversee clinic maintenance and coordinate with service contractors

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and friendly personality
Previous experience in a clinic/hospital is preferred
Basic MS Excel and computer proficiency
