The Client Support Associate (CSA) plays a key role in guiding customers throughout their complete solar service journeyfrom lead generation to installation and subsidy processing. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling ability, and a willingness to work both on-field and in coordination with internal teams.
The CSA is responsible for generating leads through field activities, meeting potential customers, and explaining solar benefits, schemes, and processes. The candidate will assist customers with portal registrations, documentation, KYC submission, loan applications (if needed), and other required forms. The role involves close coordination with survey teams, installers, DISCOM offices, and back-office staff to ensure smooth installation and commission of the solar system.
The CSA must maintain regular follow-up with customers, provide timely updates, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The candidate should have basic knowledge of mobile applications, online forms, and field reporting. Training will be provided for solar-related processes and government portals.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple language. Local area knowledge, two-wheeler mobility, and a positive service-oriented attitude are highly preferred.

We are looking for a Front Desk Administrator to be the face of Brookefit Gym.
You will handle member interactions, registrations, follow-ups, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist all members and visitors with a positive attitude.
Manage gym check-ins, new memberships, renewals, and enquiries.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp and walk-in enquiries; maintain follow-up lists.
Maintain records of attendance, payments, and memberships in the system.
Coordinate with trainers, cleaners, and management for daily operations.
Ensure front desk area and lobby are clean and welcoming.
Support marketing or promotional activities when required.
Prepare basic reports on sales, attendance, and customer feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduate (preferred: B.Com / BBA / BA).
02 years of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles.
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada and Hindi
Friendly personality with good coordination and follow-up ability.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
Ability to multitask and handle busy gym hours professionally.
