Responsibilities and DutiesAchieving the Admission Target across all coursesHeading the entire Counselors team & assigned callers in terms of their KRAs, targets and day to day operationsGathering periodic/monthly feedback from students across the courses regarding the quality of teaching and share the findings with managementHeading all the offline sales activities on a daily basis.Ensuring the smooth flow of lectures / Time tablesCoordinating and supporting the online branding and sales campaignsMaintaining the facilities of the OfficeStudent fee collection / Parent Meeting / Counselling
