Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Operations Functions:
Support daily business operations and administrative tasks
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain records, reports, and documentation
Assist in process improvement and implementation of operational policies
Monitor attendance, employee records, and compliance requirements
Handle vendor coordination and basic office management tasks
Required Skills:
