Teak wood frames with designer teak veneer shutters with polish & melamine finish and brass fittings as per design.

Teak wood frames with 1St branded flush shutters with lappam enamel paint finish. Windows

KITCHEN:
Black Granite platform with stainless steel sink. Providing power points for exhaust fan, chimney & mixer / grinder on platform and for Aqua guard near sink.

Concealed multi strand copper wiring with pre-Installation of Standard 151 make Polycab or equivalent make, Modular switches of Vinay or equivalent make with metal boxes embedded into walls.
