However, Carmelaram is the nearest and major railway station to Marathahalli-Sarjapur Outer Ring Road which is located at a distance of 4.5 kms via Doddakannelli - Kadubeesanahalli Road. While Bangalore City Junction Railway Station is located at a distance of 19.9 kms via NH 44.
Service Road is the only arterial road in the locality which further has its access with NH 44 and SH 45.
Proposed & Planned Infrastructure
There was a proposal to build a 33 km line known as Bangalore High-Speed Rail Link, from MG Road to Bengaluru International Airport (BIA).
Phase-3 alignment of Namma Metro Rail with one of its route Silkboard - KR Puram - Hebbal (29 km) passing through the locality. Once operational will create demand of residential property and consistent rental yield.
