Recruitment, Selection and Placement
In order to hire a good person for the job, it is very important to know the requirements of the job and the qualities of the person who will be doing the job. Develop layouts and visuals for events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain visual consistency of brand assets across all dealerships and digital platforms.
Edit and retouch images and videos as needed for social or campaign use.
Stay updated with current design trends and competitor branding.
Work with printers and vendors to ensure quality output of print materials.
Assist in designing merchandise and internal branding collaterals.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
12 years of proven experience in graphic design (automotive industry experience is a plus).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
Knowledge of digital ad formats (Meta, Google), social media design specs, and responsive design principles.
Strong attention to detail with excellent typography and layout skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Photography, video editing, or motion graphics skills are a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, print materials, advertisements, and branding.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create visual concepts and iterate on feedback to deliver high-quality design assets.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma or Canva.
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and variety of design work.
Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and teamworkabilities.
