Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate subjects,
programs, and session plans.
Address parent queries related to curriculum, class structure, pricing, and
scheduling.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
of enrolled students.
Maintain accurate records of counseling discussions, follow-ups, and enrollment
status.
Meet individual and team targets related to enrollments, conversions, and
revenue.
Stay updated on Connect2Learns offerings, teaching methodology, and
academic standards.
Handle domestic and international parent interactions (US / UK / AUS / ANZ), as
per assigned shifts.
Ensure a positive parent experience throughout the counseling and enrollment
journey.
What Makes You a Good Fit
Prerequisites
Bachelors or Masters degree (any discipline).
6 months to 1 years of experience in EdTech Sales preferred.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome.
Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented and fast-paced startup environment.
Compensation & Work Details
CTC: 1.8 LPA 3.0 LPA + performance-based incentives
Shift: Night Shift (aligned with US time zones) and Day Shift (aligned with ANZ,
UAE time zones )
Location: On-site
