Key responsibilities:

8. Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, pricing, and order history using internal tools or spreadsheets.
9. Prepare reports on sourcing activity, vendor performance, and cost efficiency for internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in BTech/ Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2. Proven experience in field sales or direct sales roles
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus
7. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
8. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Role Summary
The Supply Chain & Quality Engineer will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring material and equipment quality, leading sustainability initiatives including EPD development and supporting production quality assurance and logistics activities. The role combines supply chain coordination with engineering-based quality control practices to support project and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management
Coordinate procurement planning and material scheduling aligned with project requirements.
Source and develop local and regional suppliers for construction-related components and services.
Work closely with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain inventory records and track movement of critical materials and components.
Ensure alignment with international supply chain processes and documentation standards.
Quality Assurance & Control
Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, internal SOPs).
Conduct Predelivery Inspections for products, including reporting and documentation.
Handle non-conformance issues with suppliers, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Collaborate with HQ for quality feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or quality roles in a construction, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, lean manufacturing, and quality inspection tools.
Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), and supply chain tools.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in dealing with international suppliers or multi-national companies.
