Youll undergo: Career pitch sessions to understand the role. 1:1 recruitment calls/interviews with managers. Mandatory IRDAI training & exam (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India). After clearing the exam, youll receive your Advisor License. 4. Role & Responsibilities Sales: Promote Tata AIA life insurance products to individuals and businesses.
