Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our production team. The technician will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting IFP units as per defined SOPs and quality standards. Basic technical understanding and hands-on ability with tools are required. Key Responsibilities: Perform assembly of IFP units including panel fitting, PCB placement, speaker installation, back cover assembly, etc. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for each assembly step. Handle components such as open cells, PCBs, brackets, screws, speakers, cables, power boards, etc. Carry out functional testing of assembled units (power-on test, touch test, HDMI/USB test). Ensure proper handling and safety of fragile components like display panels. Maintain cleanliness and organization on the assembly line. Assist in packaging of finished goods as per guidelines. Report any defects, issues, or part shortages to the line supervisor. Ensure adherence to basic ESD safety, quality standards, and production timelines. Skills & Requirements: ITI / Diploma (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical) Basic understanding of electronics assembly work Familiarity with hand tools (screwdrivers, electric screwdriver, torque tools) Capability to follow written and verbal instructions Physically fit to handle lifting and movement of units Experience: 02 years (Freshers with ITI/Diploma are welcome) Experience in TV/Monitor/Panel assembly will be an added advantage Employment Type: Full-time
