We are looking for a proactive and reliable Field Operations Executive to handle customer visits, collect documents, coordinate notarisation, manage signatures, and ensure timely submission of paperwork to relevant government offices. Key Responsibilities: Visit customers at their homes or offices to collect required documents Verify document completeness and authenticity before processing Prepare paperwork for signatures, notarisation, or attestation as required Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow Maintain accurate records of visits, collections, and submissions Provide friendly, professional customer interaction at all times Requirements: Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory Minimum 12 years of experience in field operations, document handling, or similar roles (freshers with the right attitude can also apply) Familiarity with basic documentation processes (preferred, not mandatory training will be provided) Good communication skills in Kannada and basic English/Hindi Strong attention to detail and time management skills Smartphone with internet access Benefits: Fixed salary + travel allowance Training on documentation processes Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding company
