About the Job: KwikPark is a fast-growing startup solving parking challenges with innovative technology and reliable valet services currently in Mumbai, Pune & Bangalore. We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as Operations & Partnerships Manager. This role combines on-ground execution with relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Scout and identify parking lots near client locations (offices, clinics, coworking spaces, etc.). Negotiate parking rates with owners/operators to secure the best terms for KwikPark. Recruit, interview, and onboard valet drivers as per KwikPark standards. Oversee live operations during site launches and ensure all SOPs are being followed. Conduct regular checks to maintain KwikParks service quality and safety standards across locations. Managing any issues or escalations Build and maintain strong relationships with parking partners, drivers, and clients. Assist in placing KwikPark signage/branding and ensure partner premises reflect professional standards. Maintain detailed records of partners, rates, and operations in Excel or internal apps. Support promotional activities at partner sites when required (including some weekends, with compensatory off). Minimum Qualifications: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred). Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi and Kannada. Ability to negotiate and build relationships confidently. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Must own a smartphone and a bike for on-ground visits. Who Were Looking For: A self-starter who enjoys working in the field. We are looking for a proactive and reliable Field Operations Executive to handle customer visits, collect documents, coordinate notarisation, manage signatures, and ensure timely submission of paperwork to relevant government offices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, pays attention to detail, and takes ownership of timely task completion.
