Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and passionate Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team at Narayana One Health. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential candidates to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, with a strong focus on hiring healthcare professionals, clinical staff, and support roles critical to delivering patient-first care.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, paramedical, administrative, and support roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Develop job descriptions, post job advertisements on various platforms, and leverage social media, job boards, and professional networks to source qualified candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback processes between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with healthcare recruitment regulations and internal policies.
Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting for leadership.
Assist in employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, and career events to attract top talent.
Collaborate closely with HR team for seamless onboarding of new hires.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of recruitment experience; experience in healthcare recruitment is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of various healthcare roles, certifications, and qualifications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment tools.
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience in recruiting doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and healthcare administrators.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance, certifications, and licensing requirements.
Passionate about healthcare and patient-centric service delivery.
