We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Manager to plan, execute, and oversee a wide variety of events, including corporate functions, exhibitions, brand activations, and private gatherings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring events run smoothly, stay within budget, and meet the clients expectations. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute events from concept to completion. Liaise with clients to understand their goals and requirements. Develop event proposals, timelines, and budgets. Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers. Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and marketing. Manage event logistics such as venue setup, permits, equipment, and staffing. Supervise on-site event activities and troubleshoot issues in real time. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. Evaluate event success through post-event reports and client feedback. Requirements: Proven experience as an event manager or planner. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unforeseen issues. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. A degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
