Events Management at Bhoomi Farms - Apply only if you have very good English communication
At Bhoomi Farms, Events Management is a key outreach role focused on community engagement and customer acquisition through educational and promotional stalls set up at residential apartments.
What We Do:
We approach gated communities and apartment complexes, take permission to set up a stall, and interact directly with residents to:
Educate them about our organic farming practices
Showcase our products and subscription plans
Explain the benefits of chemical-free, farm-fresh food
Offer tastings or trial packs (optional)
Turn interested visitors into regular customers
Job Responsibilities:
Identify & Coordinate with Apartments
Research and shortlist potential apartments in target areas
Contact association heads and get approval to conduct stalls or events
On-Ground Event Execution
Set up the Bhoomi Farms stall at the approved location
Engage with residents, explain the brand, values, and products
Share samples or flyers if applicable
Customer Conversion & Follow-up
Collect leads and inquiries during the event
Add interested people to Bhoomi Farms WhatsApp community
Send follow-up messages, respond to queries, and make calls to close orders
Guide new customers on how to order and use subscriptions
Skills Required:
Good communication and people skills (English preferred)
Friendly, persuasive, and enthusiastic attitude
Basic knowledge of Bhoomi Farms offerings (training provided)
Willingness to travel locally and attend weekend events if needed
