Key Responsibilities: Communicate with online customers via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms. Edit and design photos/videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools. Create and upload social media posts, reels, and stories. Support during event setups and shop operations when required. Assist with basic marketing ideas and promotion campaigns. Respond to customer queries, follow-ups, and order confirmations. Required Skills &amp; Qualifications: Basic graphic design and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.) Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp for business. Good communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, or English. Strong creativity and attention to detail. Interest in events, decoration, or content creation. Ability to multitask and support both online and offline work. Preferred Qualifications (Bonus, but not mandatory): Knowledge of CAD or CorelDRAW (for advanced design work).
