We're looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer customer questions: Respond to calls, emails, chats, or messages and help customers.
2. Solve customer problems: Listen to customer issues, understand their concerns, and fix them quickly.
3. Tell customers about our services: Share details about company's plans, features, and offers.
4. Update customer info: Keep customer records up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements:- Qualification: HSC or Graduate
- Skills: Good communication skills
Shift Details: Timings: 9 am to 8 pm (any 9 hours shift)
-Working days: 6 days working
Contact working professionals via phone or WhatsApp or e-mail using the leads provided by the company. Explain in details about the various online management programs provided by the company. Understand the educational background of the client and should be able to advise them in choosing the most suitable online management course for their career advancement. Convince the students regarding the benefits on pursuing the online courses. Convert the leads into online admissions. Ensure periodic follow ups of the warm leads. Ensure support and guidance of the students throughout the course for successful completion of it.
