Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of financial mobile apps to join our growing team. You will serve as the first point of contact for users, providing prompt, friendly, and effective support in Hindi, Tamil, and English (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus). Your role is crucial in building trust with customers and ensuring a smooth and satisfying app experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via chat, phone, email, and app support panel
Troubleshoot app-related issues, transactions, login problems, etc.
Explain app features, KYC processes, and financial services to users
Escalate technical issues to the product or engineering team as needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Monitor support KPIs like first response time, resolution rate, and CSAT
Identify recurring user pain points and contribute suggestions for improvement
Work closely with product, QA, and design teams to improve user experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
34 years of experience in customer support
Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, and English is mandatory
Additional language(s) like Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, or Marathi is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain complex features in simple terms
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom)
Good typing speed, email/chat etiquette, and patience
Experience with UPI, wallets, or mobile banking products is preferred
