Description
Key Responsibilities:Operate CNC / VMC machines efficiently
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
Read and interpret engineering drawings & blueprints
Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
Monitor machining process and ensure quality output
Use measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges)
Maintain proper tolerance levels and dimensions
Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning
Identify defects and report issues to supervisor
Follow safety standards and production guidelines
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens controls (preferred)
Basic understanding of G-code / M-code
Ability to read technical drawings
Knowledge of cutting tools & machining processes
