Description
Operate VMC machines for machining components as per drawings and specificationsPerform machine setup, tool selection, tool offset setting, and job loading
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and process sheets
Conduct in-process and final inspection using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge)
Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per quality standards
Make minor program edits at machine level (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi preferred)
Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities
Maintain production records, job cards, and quality documentation
Follow 5S, safety, and ISO quality standards
