Description
Provide technical support for barcode printers, scanners, and handheld devices.Assist customers with device installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
Handle service calls through phone, email, remote tools, and on-site visits.
Record all service activities accurately in the service entry web application..
Provide basic tagging and labeling support during customer asset tracking projects.
Conduct product demos and basic end-user training sessions for customers.
Coordinate warranty, service repair, and product replacement requests with vendors.
Travel within Kerala for on-site service support as required.
