We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support ongoing client projects and ensure timely execution of training and consulting deliverables. You will work closely with the leadership team, trainers, and clients.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate training programs and consulting projects from initiation to closure
Maintain schedules, follow up with trainers and clients on deliverables
Prepare and share documents (proposals, training plans, feedback forms)
Assist in managing incoming client queries and onboarding
Track progress of live projects and maintain reporting dashboards
