Description
Lead and manage the entire office team (Sales Team, Installation Team, Telecalling Team, Field Staff).Collect daily status updates from:
Sales Team (leads, follow-ups, closures)
Installation Team (site visit, installation progress, net-metering status)
Documentation/Bank Team (loan, subsidy, approval status)
Prepare a consolidated daily report and submit it to the Company Owner.
Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion.
Handle escalations and resolve on-ground issues.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and process compliance in the office.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and government offices when required.
