Description
We are looking for a Front Desk Administrator to be the face of Brookefit Gym.You will handle member interactions, registrations, follow-ups, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist all members and visitors with a positive attitude.
Manage gym check-ins, new memberships, renewals, and enquiries.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp and walk-in enquiries; maintain follow-up lists.
Maintain records of attendance, payments, and memberships in the system.
Coordinate with trainers, cleaners, and management for daily operations.
