Description
Key Responsibilities:Perform installation, configuration, and servicing of desktops and laptops
Diagnose hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, etc.)
Replace faulty components
Service and maintain printers and scanners (cartridge issues, paper jams, connectivity)
Install and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows) and device drivers
Handle preventive maintenance (hardware health checks)
Support basic network connectivity issues
Attend user complaints and resolve within defined timelines
Coordinate with OEM / vendors for warranty parts and escalations
