sales team in Gurugram. This role involves full-time on-site responsibilities, combining office-based
coordination and field engagement with prospective clients. The ideal candidate is highly motivated,
customer-centric, and capable of driving sales through strategic outreach and relationship
management.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals,
and market research
Engage and qualify leads effectively to generate property site visits and client interest
Client Engagement & Sales Execution
Conduct property presentations and walkthroughs for prospective clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions accordingly
Negotiate pricing, terms of sale, and contract clauses to close transactions effectively
Provide post-sale assistance to ensure a smooth handover and client satisfaction
Sales Performance & CRM
Consistently meet or exceed defined monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, opportunities, interactions, and sales
conversions using CRM software
Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional strategies and messaging
Market Awareness
Stay informed on local market dynamics, project developments, and competitor activities
Provide market intelligence to management to support pricing and strategic decisions
Candidate Profile
02 years of experience in real estate or direct sales (Real Estate experience preferred but
not mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented attitude
Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms
Willingness to work from the office and travel locally for client visits
Compensation
Base Salary: 25,000/month
Performance Clause: Salary will be reduced by 50% if agreed sales targets are not achieved
Incentive: Attractive commissions based on successful closures
Working Conditions
Days: 6 days a week (Wednesday fixed off)
