About the Role
We are hiring a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead our Operations Team managing client accounts for the UK, USA & European markets.
This is a client-facing role with exposure to global accounting practices, compliance frameworks, and strategic financial management. The position is based in our Dehradun HQ and is ideal for those looking to build a long-term career in international finance, consulting, and client management.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Financial Reporting
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
Ensure compliance with IFRS/UK/USA GAAP or other international accounting standards.
2. Auditing & Compliance
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and providing supporting documentation in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with international tax regulations and meet all filing deadlines.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Perform variance analysis (actual vs. forecast) and recommend corrective actions.
4. Accounts Management
Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and reconciliations.
Manage bank reconciliations, ledger balances, and monitor cash flows.
5. Client Advisory & Project Management
Work closely with international clients in a project/account management role.
Provide financial insights for strategic planning, business risk evaluation and business decisions.
Lead teams to ensure accurate and timely client deliverables.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications
Semi-Qualified CA (IPCC Cleared, Articleship Completed).
ACCA (Full/Semi-Qualified) candidates are also welcome.
Experience
Freshers with articleship experience OR up to 2+ years post-articleship experience in finance, international accounting, audit, or taxation.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting principles & audit standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, etc.).
Advanced Excel & financial modeling abilities.
Exposure to foreign exchange transactions and global compliance.
Excellent communication & client-handling skills.
Accounting Data Entry in Tally.
Computation of TDS & GST liability.
Preparation of TDS & GST Returns.
Preparation of Income Tax Returns.
Preparation of Financial Statements
Maintaining Accounting Files
