Structure:

• RCC Foundations with RCC framed super structure
• CC Masonry walls with CM plastering
• Elevational features with steel /RCC as per design of Architect
• Water Proofing with chemical treatment and over layer of terracotta tiles

DOORS:

• Main doors with TW frame and 0.S.T flush door shutter.
• Bedroom, Kitchen and all other doors except toilet doors with Sal wood trames and flush shutters of 32 mm thick.
• All doors will be provided with good standard powder coated fittings and locks
• Good quality aluminium glazed windows to suit architects design.

Flooring

• Skirting and Dado: Flooring and Skirting with vitrified tiles of approved colour in L&D, bedrooms, kitchen and toilets
• Toilet dado with approved glazed/ceramic tiles upto 7"o height.
• Kitchen dado up to 2"0 height above cooking platform and sink along full length.
• Flooring and skirting's of common areas and stairs with polished granite slabs/vitrified tiles

Kitchen Platform and Sink:

• 20mm thick granite slab cooking platform fora length of about 10-0
• S.S Sink with drain board of 39"x21" size

Electrical:

• Anchor or equalent make wiring, switches, DB's with MCB's for all points in the building
• Required light, plug and heating points will be provided as per the plans of the architect.
• Common areas and external lighting with good standard fittings.
• All wiring/Cabling up to common metering panel Applicable costs and charges for service will be extra.

Water Supply, plumbing and toilet fixtures:

• Internal plumbing with CPVC piping and fittings to architects design.
• External plumbing with G.I pipes and fittings from 0.H tank and sump
• Water supply through KUWS & DB & Borewell supply connected to required sump with pump and line up to O.H tank.
• Fixtures -White Hindustan Sanitary ware or equivalent make and C.P fittings of Jaguar continental or equivalent make
• Applicable Costs and Charges payable to BWSSB for service will be extra as area prorata basis.

Painting and Polishing:

• Internal walls with single colour good quality plastic emulsion paint.
• External walls with single colour cement paint. Doors with polish/enamel paint as required.
• Grills and railings with good quality metal primer and enamel paint.

External finishes, compound and general items:

• Car parking and drive ways with vaccum dewatered C.C flooring / inter locking blocks.
• Required planters and flower beds with brick work for landscaping to architects design.
• Compound walls up to 5-0 ht all round the building with gates of required size. Security and Pump room in parking level of required size and design.
• Back up generator of required capacity to be provided with Acoustic panel covering and AMF panel synchronized to metering panel.
• Passengers lift of Schindler or equivalent make - 2 No.s
