Manasa Developers emerged in the year 2005 with a flair for promoting housing projects, residential layouts, residential apartments and business centers. The founders of the firm are Sri. P.S. Reddy, Sri Y.G. Chinnaswamy, and Smt. Geetha S. Murthy. The firm is in the forefront of multilevel housing and layout projects in heritage city Mysore. Within a span of eight years since the inception, the company has taken up several projects of residential apartments / flats, commercial spaces, and residential layouts / sites in Mysore. The company has constructed about 2 lakh Sq. ft. of apartments and another 1.5 lakh Sq. ft. is under progress. Similarly the company has completed commercial projects of about 25,000 sq. ft. and residential layouts of 120 acres and another 50 acres is under progess.
