Taloja, NaviMumbai

Primarily an industrial region, Taloja is a locality which is situated in the northeast section of Navi Mumbai. Located around 12 kilometres away from the Central Business District of Belapur, the industrial hub of Taloja has many small, medium and large-scale industries. Located on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, Taloja also has great connectivity to other nodes of Navi Mumbai like Khargar, Kalamboli and Vashi. In order to decongest the main areas and to fulfil the need for affordable housing, Taloja has emerged as a locality where construction of residential properties is on the uphill. Planned and developed by CIDCO, Taloja is provided with good roads and open spaces.
