Overview

Mulund, is a suburb situated in the north-east of Mumbai. It comes under the supervision of Greater Mumbai Municipal Corporation (GHMC). It also has a railway station on the Central Line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway. It is a well-planned suburb, located close to Navi Mumbai and Thane. Factors like a number of job opportunities in the nearby areas, well known schools & Colleges, excellent transport facilities and favourable infrastructure growth have made Mulund one of the best destinations for residential investment. Mulund Station falls on the central line of Mumbai railway. While traveling by railway from CST, previous Railway station is Nahur & next is Thane. Thane, Mulund, Nahur and Bhandup are its nearby railway stations. However, Thane Railway Station is the major and nearest railway station to Mulund which is located at a distance of 4.8 km via Gokhale Road and LBS Road.

It has close proximity to Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport which is located at a distance of 19 km via Jogeshwari - Vikhroli Link Road.
