Manpada, situated in the north of Thane is a well developed locality maintained by Thane Municipal Corporation. It is located just 5.4 km from Ghodbunder Road. Patlipada Thane East, Kolshet, Thane, Dhokali Naka, Manorama Nagar, Majiwada, and Ganeshwadi are its neighbouring localities. It is very close to Kolshet Industrial Area. Being close to NH48, SH42, and Ghodbunder Service Road, Manpada has excellent connectivity to its neighbouring localities. Ghodbunder Road serves as a connector between Eastern Express Highway and the Western Express Highway. The locality has easy access with Eastern Express Highway.

Connectivity

The region houses Thane Station that lies on the Central and Trans-Harbour Railway lines is the major railway station which is located at a distance of 7 km via Eastern Express Highway/Mumbai-Agra National Highway. Other nearby stations are Mulund, Thane, Kalva, and Mumbra.

Manpada enjoys superb connectivity to Navi Mumbai as well as to the Eastern and Western Suburbs of Mumbai via Ghodbunder Road, JVLR, SCLR, Eastern Freeway, NH48, Mumbai-Nashik Highway and the Thane-Belapur Road.

It has excellent connectivity to Indira Gandhi International Airport which i located at a distance of 25 km via Eastern Express Highway/Mumbai-Agra National Highway.

The construction of three metro corridors from Wadala-Ghatkopar to Thane-Kasarvadavali Metro 4 will begin this year out of nine. Once operational, the price of property market in this locality will make a new high again and will give strength to rental yield.
