Crossing Republic, located in the south of Ghaziabad is considered as one of the largest and integrated township in India. This place is grown from a deserted land to a beautiful and vibrant locality. It is an upmarket residential locality in NCR. With thousands of family already residing, operational shops, market, hospital and schools are in close proximity. It is situated nearby NH 24 in Ghaziabad. It is one of the two big cities of Ghaziabad, along with Indirapuram. It is well connected by road, by the Bhim Nagar Bypass Road and the Grand Trunk Road. The locality is only 8 km from the heart of Ghaziabad city via Ghaziabad-Vijayanagar. Ambedkar Nagar, Bhim Nagar, Ispat Nagar, Dundahera, Vijay Nagar Colony, Shivpuri, Siddhartha Nagar, Christian Nagar, G B Nagar, Gaur City are neighbouring localities, located very close to crossing republic.

Connectivity

Crossing Republic Road is the major road passing through the locality which further connects with NH 24. A shuttle bus service is in operational from Crossings Republik to Metro stations such as Kaushambi, Vaishali, and Noida City Centre. Apart from the buses, one can also travel by auto or taxi.

The Metro connects Ghaziabad with Noida, New Delhi, and other localities in the NCR region. The nearest Metro station is Vaishali Metro Station, which is about 14.7 km away via NH 24.

It has excellent connectivity to Indira Gandhi International Airport which is located at a distance of 42.4 Km via Noida Bypass Flyover.

Ghaziabad Junction, Sahibabad, Chipyana Buzurg, Mehrauli are its nearby railway stations. However, Ghaziabad Junction is the nearest railway station which is located at a distance of 4 km via Railway Station Road.

Factors for future growth

Crossings Republik is located in proximity to prime commercial markets such as New Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, and Gurgaon. This has been one of the key factors for the growth of the area.

Widen Delhi-Meerut roadway is nearing its completion, Delhi-NCR realtors, especially of Noida and Ghaziabad and the tier-2 cities falling along the roadway are multiple micro pockets of both Ghaziabad and Noida which would benefit hugely from it.

Proposed and Planned Infra

There is currently no shopping mall in this area. Gaursons is developing a 240-acre township 'Gaur City' and this mall will be part of this integrated project catering to 25000 families.

The National Highway-24, which runs near Crossings Republik, may soon be expanded to a 14-lane road. The widening of the road will give greater connectivity to the locality, and reduce the travel time from the locality to other regions in NCR. Also, having an expressway will help in generating a lot of revenue for the government.

Crossing Republic is home to many primary and secondary schools such as Sanfort, La Creme Aster Institutions, Maple Bear Play School, The Gurukul, Junior Champs Play School, Sapphire International School, N.S. Public School among few.

Healthcare facilities are also good in the locality.
