RBD Shelters LLP 

The story of RBD has its genesis as a partnership firm of three individuals in the year 1994. The firm began as United Builders and then became Ferns Builders & Developers with Mr. Austin Roach one of its founder members. Over the course of the next three decades Ferns Builders & Developers became synonymous with some of the most inspiring and innovative real estate spaces in Bengaluru – catering to both residential and commercial clients.

In the year 2010, Mr. Austin Roach ventured out as an independent developer and thus began the journey of RBD Shelters. In all of its existence, RBD Shelters has remained steadfast in keeping it real, in the ever-evolving and dynamic real estate market that is Bengaluru.
