• Wash basin and wall mounted closets of Kholer /Jaguar Hindware or equivalent make, Single lever diverters or wall mixers will be provided in all bath rooms.

• Overhead and underground tank of adequate capacity with pumps. 

ELECTRIFICATION: 

• Fire resistant Copper Wire in concealed conductors with concealed switch boards provided with modular switches. Telephone and T.V cable points in the living room and master bedroom. (or equivalent) 

PAINTING: 

• Tractor emulsion paint for interiors, over walls and ceilings. Weather proof (Apex) paintfor exteriors. 

LIFT: 

• 10to 12 passenger lift of reputed company will be provided. 

ELEVATION: 

• A modern and aesthetic elevation shall be provided as per architect's design MS / Aluminum Railings and Glass in balconies of appropriate design and height for safety. or equivalent) 

CAR PARK: 

• Car parking facility shall be provided in the basement floor on ownership basis.

• Lobby shall be provided as per architect's specifications.
