I am looking for sharp, proactive, and highly organized individual who can make a significant impact , someone to provide high-level operational, event, and administrative support for our Krishna Life-Whitefield outreach programs. This dynamic role is perfect for a committed individual who excels at managing complex schedules and coordinating diverse teams.
Role & Responsibilities in brief:
Program & Community Coordination: Coordinate between our internal teams and community SPOC, ensuring seamless execution of spiritual, cultural, and outreach events. This includes coordinating logistics, resources, and services.
Financial Oversight: Manage event budgets, track income and expenses, process payments, and prepare detailed financial reports. Also handle donation receipts and ensure timely submissions.
Event & Stock Management: Assist in organizing Krishna Life (KL) and festival events, coordinating volunteers and vendors, and maintaining inventory of event materials and prasadam.
Community Engagement: Connect with new members from outreach programs, schedule meetings with the project lead, and support the onboarding of families into our events and sessions.
Executive & Administrative Support: Manage the coordinator's calendar, prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and assist with daily planning and goal tracking.
Data & Communication: Maintain vital records using Excel/Google Sheets, prepare presentations, and ensure clear, professional communication with all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
At least 2- years of expeience in an Admin, Operations, or Event Support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
A strong commitment to integrity, time management, and ethical practices.
Flexibility to work weekends and manage varied schedules.
Willing to work on Saturday and Sunday and flexible with timing
Service location Whitefield (Monday candidate need to visit HK Hill)

Familiarity with ISKCON culture and devotional events
Preferred:
A graduate degree,
