Job Purpose:
To establish and maintain strategic partnerships with other businesses, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporates, and healthcare providers to drive patient referrals and enhance the hospitals outreach for fertility services.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibility Details
Lead Generation Identify and approach potential B2B partners (gynecology clinics, general hospitals, diagnostic labs, corporate wellness programs, etc.)
Partnership Development Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, corporates, and medical practitioners to generate consistent patient referrals
Corporate Tie-ups Collaborate with HR and wellness teams of companies to offer fertility health check-ups and awareness programs
Networking & Events Represent the hospital at health camps, CME programs, conferences, and other industry events
Sales Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly B2B referral targets set by the management
Market Intelligence Monitor competitors, market trends, and develop strategies to stay ahead
CRM & Reporting Maintain records of visits, contacts, leads, and referral conversion in CRM software; provide weekly and monthly performance reports
Promotional Activities Coordinate with the marketing team for B2B branding materials, events, and outreach plans

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 10th std

24 years of experience in healthcare B2B sales or hospital marketing
Prior experience in fertility or maternity healthcare is preferred
Calendar Management:
Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, often managing access to the employer's calendar.
Communication Management:
Answering phone calls, managing emails, taking messages, and drafting correspondence.
Travel Arrangements:
Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, creating detailed itineraries.
Event Coordination:
Planning and organizing events, from small meetings to large conferences, including venue selection and logistics.
Task Management:
Prioritizing and completing tasks, often acting as a point of contact for various stakeholders.
Administrative Support:
Maintaining files, managing databases, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Errand Running:
Performing personal or business errands as needed.
