The role requires strong customer interaction and maintaining service standards inside the multiplex. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Welcome and assist guests entering the cinema. Provide information about movie show timings, screens, and offers. Address and resolve customer queries or complaints politely. Ticketing Operations Assist guests with ticket booking at counters or kiosks. Verify tickets and guide guests to the correct screen. Support online booking customers when required. Food & Beverage Sales Sell popcorn, snacks, and beverages at concession counters. Upsell combo offers and promotions. Operate POS billing system and handle cash/card transactions. Cinema Operations Check auditorium cleanliness before and after shows. Guide guests to their seats and ensure smooth entry and exit. Follow safety and hygiene standards. Inventory & Reporting Ensure proper stock display at concession counters. Inform supervisors about low stock or operational issues. Maintain shift reports and follow SOP guidelines. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 10th / 12th pass. Good communication skills in English and local language. Basic customer service and sales skills.
