Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy.
Develop proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) for smooth execution.
Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
1) Identifying New Business Opportunities like research market trends, analyse & identify potential clients, partners, & markets.
2) Developing and Implementing Strategies to create & execute business development plans, including sales strategies, marketing initiatives, & product development plans.
3) Building and Maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, & stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.
4) Negotiating and Closing Deals, contracts, & finalize business deals to secure new revenue streams.
5) Analysing Market Data on customer feedback to identify areas for improvement & growth.
6) Collaborating with the internal team to align strategies and ensure successful implementation of business development initiatives.
7) Monitoring or track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse results, and make adjustments to strategies to optimize performance & achieve targets.
REQUIRMENT:
a) Any Gender with Bachelor's Degree / 12th Pass from related field experience.
b) At least 1+ years of Sales / Marketing experience in Channel Sales / Direct Sales/ Concept Sales / Edu Tech / Software /Telecom /NBFS.
c) Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns
d) Strong Communication Skills are essential for building relationships & presenting proposals.
e) Strong negotiation skills are needed to close deals and secure favourable terms.
f) A strong understanding of business principles and practices is essential.
