Job Overview:
The Designer will be responsible for creating, engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. Youll design campaigns, packaging, social media content, in-store visuals, and promotional materials that capture the fun, warmth, and sweetness of our shop.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce marketing materials including flyers, brochures, posters, menus, packaging boxes, signage, hand-outs, ID cards and window displays.
Create digital content for email campaigns, website, and social media (Instagram, Facebook & other social pages).
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop seasonal campaigns and product launches.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
Help stage and photograph sweets and shop displays for marketing use.
Contribute creative ideas for seasonal promotions, gift packaging, and holiday themes.
Manage and prioritize multiple design projects to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Marketing Designer, preferably in food, retail, or hospitality.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Corel draw, Ai and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Pre-press,Vector based software.
Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual storytelling.
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, especially visual formats.
Photography and photo-editing skills are a strong plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
