Key Responsibilities
1. Hospitality Management (Hotel Operations)
Supervise daily hotel operations including check-ins, check-outs, guest relations, and complaint resolution.
Prepare and manage housekeeping schedules; ensure cleanliness and upkeep of rooms and common areas.
Oversee hiring, training, and performance monitoring of hotel staff.
Maintain hotel assets including:
Rooms, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Hotel vehicles (cars, scooters, bikes, Piaggio, etc.).
Solar power systems, electrical equipment, and lighting.
Water motors, pumps, sewage systems, and backup generators (DG sets).
Ensure timely preventive maintenance and repairs for all infrastructure.
Create, update, and follow daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly task schedules.
Monitor inventory of supplies, toiletries, linen, and maintenance materials.
Maintain guest data, occupancy records, and financial entries.
Generate daily operational reports for management.
2. Property Management
Ensure rental payments from tenants are collected on time; follow up on pending dues.
Monitor lease agreements, notice periods, and ensure compliance with terms.
When a tenant vacates, coordinate with brokers/agents to find new tenants quickly.
Oversee property maintenance and ensure repairs are handled promptly.
Maintain accurate property-related records and contracts.
3. Agribusiness / Farm Management
Monitor farm operations including livestock care, crop management, and equipment upkeep.
Ensure farm staff report daily progress and updates.
Coordinate with the farm manager to ensure schedules are followed and tasks completed.
Review and verify expenditure on feed, equipment, and supplies.
Maintain daily reporting on farm activities to management.
4. Reporting & Coordination
Submit a daily report to management covering:
Completed and pending tasks across all operations.
Issues that require urgent attention.
Financial expenditure and income updates.
Coordinate between housekeeping, maintenance, farm staff, and property agents.
Maintain digital and physical records for all operational areas.
5. Financial Oversight
Track and verify operational expenses.
Ensure bills, salaries, and vendor payments are processed on time.
Prepare monthly expenditure and revenue summaries.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic accounting software.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple areas of responsibility.
